What is the check in and check out time?

Starting from 12 pm, it is possible to check-in, but if you arrive earlier in Chatillon, you can take your luggage to the hotel and leave it waiting for the accommodation to be ready. So you can start your stay immediately!

The day of departure, we ask you to leave the room by 11 am, so that we can prepare it for those arriving after you.

As the new current health directives, to speed up check-in and check-out operations to avoid gatherings, we have activated the possibility of carrying out both operations online. At the time of booking, we will send you the information to proceed independently and simply!

 

How are our rooms?

Simple ... equipped with all the comforts that can not miss when you travel. The accommodation is suitable for those who live the holiday fully.

5 singles, two of which with a French bed;

6 triples with the possibility of adding a fourth bed;

26 doubles of which 5 with parquet, 1 with tiles and the others with carpet.

 

Are the rooms accessible to disabled people?

Hotel Rendez-Vous has 2 very comfortable accessible rooms, located on the reception floor; one is double the other is triple.

 

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

We ask you not to smoke inside the room out of respect for those who will stay after you. If you really can't do without it, you can ask us to have a room with a balcony, it will be a pleasure for us to be able to satisfy you.

 

Do you have a parking space?

Yes, Rendez-Vous hotel has a small car park and a slightly larger one on the other side of the street; also, nearby, there are many other parking lots that can be used by our guests, all free but not guarded. Our parking is also excellent for parking your motorbike, not just the car!

 

Is wifi also guaranteed in the rooms?

Yes, throughout the hotel and inside the rooms you can connect and surf in peace.

 

Does the hotel have a spa? - What does it include and what are the access times?

Inside our relaxation area, you will find the sauna where you can warm up after a long day spent on skis or among our beautiful woods and a small corner where you can sit and enjoy a delicious and warm herbal tea.

It is open every day from 16 to 20.

 

Are pets allowed and is there a supplement?

All PET friends are our welcome guests; if you inform us of their presence when booking your stay, we will reserve you a room with a balcony, to have more space.

We apply a supplement of € 10.00 per day to the room rate for extra and more thorough cleaning.

Breakfast is included? - Are there products for celiacs?

Of course, breakfast is included in your overnight stay. Before this major emergency hit us, our breakfast consisted of a nice and large international buffet. From our reopening,we decided to serve our guests an à la carte, express breakfast. We have designed for you  a varied menu, consisting of both sweet and savory choices. Any kind of food requirement will be met! You will have the opportunity to choose your breakfast the night before or also the same morning.

The breakfast room, duly set up in safety with spaced tables, will be accessible in time slots. When booking, we will give you all the information.

 

Does the hotel have a bar? - We also have a vending machine!

Yes. Our bar is located next to the breakfast room, and is open from 07 to 23.30. It will be a pleasure for us to serve you. In place of the mini bar in the room, in a green perspective, there is a vending machine for water and carbonated drinks always active in the lobby.

 

Does the hotel have an internal restaurant?

Yes. The 'Cave Des Amis' restaurant, on the street level of the hotel, reserves a 10% discount on the à la carte rates for all our guests for those who choose bed and breakfast.

The novelty of this year is the half board treatment, with a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses with side dishes and 3 desserts; add dinner service to your booking and stop to taste typical Valdostan dishes and more, there is something for everyone. The restaurant will follow regional safety guidelines, setting the service on multiple shifts.

Can I reach the hotel by public transport?

Chatillon train station is about 1 km from the hotel; the stop of the motorway buses arriving from the main Italian stations is 150 meters away; the Aosta Valley - Pont St. Martin main line has stops in both directions just in front of the hotel.

 

How far away are the first ski resorts?

Torgnon, the nearest town, is about 12 km away; then we recommend Valtournenche at 18 km and Pila at 25. (Aosta, the departure of the gondola lift)

 

Is there a ski rental nearby?

Right in front of the hotel! Ski Sport House offers discounts to our guests. When booking, do not forget to ask us and we will show you the discounts reserved for you!

 

Is it possible to buy ski passes at the hotel?

The ski passes for the Cervino spa area (Valtournenche / Cervinia, Chamois and Torgnon) can be purchased at the cashier of the Saint-Vincent Turismo Consortium, 1 km from the hotel. The Rendez-Vous staff can make you find your ski pass directly at the hotel upon your arrival. Unless you give us all the necessary information in time, including authorization to withdraw by credit card to make the purchase. It will be a pleasure for us to take care of it for you.
